Situation
Turning a new leaf
Founded in 2016, Crisp built a groundbreaking open-data platform that revolutionizes supply chain management.
While the platform showed incredible promise, we encountered a significant hurdle: our apps were at different maturity levels, creating a disjointed user experience.
This fragmentation affected both user satisfaction and our ability to secure upcoming funding rounds.

Task
Unify the supply chain data into a
seamless user experience
Create a unified user experience across all platform apps by addressing inconsistencies in design patterns and interactions.
Bridge the development gap between mature and emerging apps by establishing consistent design patterns and components.
Design and implement a flexible, scalable design system that can adapt to both current needs and future platform expansion.
